From 1 January 2024 all cyclists under the age of 18 must wear a helmet

A person under the age of 18 years riding or being transported on a bicycle is obligated to wear a protective helmet of an approved type in accordance with a special legal regulation and shall have it fitted and properly fixed on his head.
